1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SEO·GEO Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and SEO·GEO Hub.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
• One account per user; sharing credentials is prohibited.

3. Service Description

The Service provides SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) analytics, competitor research, content optimization tools, and an agent execution layer. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Overages beyond plan limits are billed at the published rate.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
• Send spam, malware, or malicious content through the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or copy data without authorization.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, trademarks, logos, and design, is the property of SEO·GEO Hub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, AI models, payment processors). Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third parties' terms. We are not liable for third-party service outages or data handling.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEO·GEO HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEO·GEO Hub from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
